Tomaž Strmole graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Ljubljana in 2001. He began his professional career as a structural engineer at Elea iC, where he later specialized primarily in the field of designing steel and concrete structures.

Tomaž Strmole is a partner of the company and deputy head of the Structural Engineering team. As a responsible designer, he has participated in many of the most demanding projects at home and abroad, such as the Hotel Sotelija (Podčetrtek,) Termalia Olimia (Podčetrtek), Wellness Center Orhidelia (Podčetrtek), Cukrarna, Travel Center Ljubljana, Faculty of Pharmacy (Ljubljana) and others.
