Our advantages

Our team of BIM specialists consists of innovative team players who have the knowledge and experience from different engineering fields in the first place. Passion, confidence and curiosity for new technologies is driving us to constantly improve our workflows, our products and everything we do.

We are founders and members of several working groups for development of BIM standards and guidelines and tightly connected with software developers in order to develop powerful tools for the most challenging operations.

We understand the needs of various engineering fields as BIM is used in-house in all segments of building and infrastructure design, project management and supervision.

We have the experience and knowledge to practice an open BIM approach on even the most demanding projects, which means that we are flexible and capable of connecting a variety of software in an efficient interdisciplinary collaboration environment using IFC and BCF standards.

Services

Through performing BIM management, coordination and modelling services we will carefully analyse special clients´ and projects´ needs, plan the implementation activities and assure the quality of project deliverables. Our design team is capable of using a variety of software in order to choose the best tool for a specific task. Flexibility gives us the ability to provide consistent, high-quality services to our Clients.

  • Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR)
Analysis and definition of clients` requirements (project scope, goals, technical and management aspects, and BIM deliverables).
  • BIM Execution Planning (BEP) and controlling
Comprehensive planning and controlling of human resources, processes and technology.
  • BIM Implementation workshops
Presentation of the BIM concept and identification of client’s and project’s requirements which are of key importance for a successful execution of the BIM methodology.
  • Common Data Environment (CDE)
CDE is a collaborative environment for sharing, reviewing and commenting project documentation and models. The environment is set up according to a collaboration protocol defined in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and is based on Open BIM IFC and BCF standards.
  • Support contractors in tendering, design and construction phase
Our BIM services are used for communicating design and construction requirements among all involved parties. Parametric design allows us to deliver multiple design solutions in a relatively short period of time. Further down the road we use that same technology to control activities and ease decision-making during construction. Potential risks and possibilities for improvements in a construction and operation phase can be identified and implemented early in the tender, design or construction phase.
  • Model based Coordination
Establishing a Federated model and performing Quality Control procedures (clash checks and clash check reports).
  • 3D Modelling
Architecture, structures, tunnels and underground facilities, bridges, support structures, MEP, geology, roads, railways, communal infrastructure, landscaping, existing conditions modelling (based on 3D laser scanning).
  • 4D Modelling
4D Modelling refers to the intelligent linking of individual 3D BIM components or assemblies with time- or schedule-related information. The use of the term 4D is intended to refer to the fourth dimension: time, i.e. 4D is 3D plus schedule (time).
  • 5D Modelling
5D Modelling refers to the intelligent linking of individual 3D BIM components or assemblies with schedule (time – 4D model) constraints and then with cost-related information. The creation of 5D models enables the various participants of a construction project to visualize the progress of construction activities and its related costs over time.
  • 6D Modelling
The “As-Built” BIM model is populated with relevant information to support management and maintenance of construction. Individual components are assigned information about the integrated equipment, maintenance manuals, warranty etc. A BIM 6D model can be used as a source of information of an existing or future CAFM (Computer aided facility management) systems. We are delivering 6D models in a close collaboration with CAFM Engineering (a member of iC group).
