Your tasks will include:
- Providing technical support to users (troubleshooting, assistance with software use).
- Ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
- Communicating with partners and collaborating with other departments.
- Configuring and maintaining hardware and software.
We expect:
- Basic or advanced knowledge in the field of IT (advantage: knowledge of Windows environment and network basics).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Proactivity, accuracy and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and solve challenges.
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement.
