A new business hub or the greenest urban center is growing along Vilharjeva street in Ljubljana. It was developed by Corwin team specialists whose signature features modern architecture, usage of innovative technologies, and green roofs.
The building is designed on Nordic architectural traditions, esthetics, and warmth. Because of the office program running inside and the need for natural lighting, the facade is transparent, and natural materials with rich greenery run along the object. The actual height of the building envisages two more significant volumes with minor connections shaped as two stories bridging in between.
Vilharia is located directly next to the biggest node in the country – the Ljubljana central train and bus station. Active green roof will provide a perfect spot for relaxation with beautiful views of Ljubljana’s castle and surroundings as well as a place for recreation. There will be plenty of parking spaces and charges for electronic vehicles.
Ambition of the Vilharia is to become the first office carbo neutrual building in Slovenia.
