The shopping center consists of two structural units, the first one includes the SPAR store with a parking place and servicing areas in the basement story, while the second one includes business premises for public and semi-public purposes.
The building is conceived as a skeleton above ground. Part of the façade walls is reinforced-concrete walls. The units are separated from each other by a dilatation.
The unit with the SPAR store is founded on a foundation slab due to high water conditions. The basement is executed as a reinforced-concrete structure.
The unit with premises is founded on individual footings mutually connected by horizontal reinforced-concrete braces and has no basement.
The business premises are separated by lightweight, dry mortarless walls that allow a rapid modification of spaces and constant adaptation of the building to the needs of the market.
The complex offers 151 parking places. 112 parking places are available in the basement of unit A and a further 39 in outdoor areas.
