The historical and cultural monument, Nasko Mansion in Maribor, was renewed and remedied in the northern and eastern wing and in one part of the western wing. Part of the building is with a basement and comprises a ground floor, a floor and a partly utilised attic.
The existing footings were fixed with concrete from below and from the sides. Arches in all wings were remedied, they needed to be relieved in that the heavy backfill of gravel was replaced by a new light backfill and relieving plates. New reinforced-concrete plates were partly arranged in wings. The columns were reinforced in the eastern wing. Each wing also got a new reinforced-concrete staircase, all new openings were provided with new reinforced-concrete frames. By opening the existing apertures, it was found out whether they need to be additionally reinforced with new reinforced-concrete frames.
Part of the roof truss in the eastern wing of the existing building had to be completely removed and replaced by a new wooden roof truss made from bonded beams. The span in the corner of the eastern wing was bridged by a steel structure.
