The company Farmtech from Ljutomer produces agricultural machines and trailers. The existing complex of manufacturing plants is to be extended by two annexes in order to increase production capacities. The existing plants are made of prefabricated concrete elements, the annexes will be made of a steel structure. The annexes will be covered by a light-weight prefabricated roof of corrugated sheet metal with adequate heat insulation and waterproofing. The façade will consist of prefabricated sandwich panels. The existing 6,360 m2 of the manufacturing plant will be extended by a further 710 m2. The annexes will be furnished with canopies for the storage of raw materials and semi-products.
