The new construction of a family house with belonging landscaping was quite a challenge because investor’s hidden wishes needed to be taken into consideration in the framework of the building plan with specified outer dimensions of the building. Being a car enthusiast, the investor wanted to have a big garage and a recreational area with a pool. Both was successfully executed and the additional surface did not cause any deviations from the spatial-planning act. The recreational area with sauna, pool and technical facilities of the pool are located in the underground basement. The façade wall of the basement is completely glazed. The garden is accessible from the underground part by external stairs. The ground floor is dedicated to day-time – living areas and a big garage. Sleeping and utility rooms are located in the upper floor.
