The newly built complex of the health-care station Ig consists of two separate buildings connected in the basement level by a common garage. Building A has five levels, ground floor dimensions are 29 x 11 m. The ground floor houses two commercial stores and a pub, with belonging servicing facilities, and a lobby. The first floor has a health-care station with two doctor’s practices, while the second floor and the attic provide space for a library with a reading room and a multi-purpose hall. Building B has three levels and has a ground floor dimension of 23 x 11.5 m. It has a business area and installation facilities on the ground floor, and a dentist’s practice of the health-care station on the first floor. The buildings are connected on the first floor by a gallery. The complex is made of reinforced concrete and founded on a ground slab. The facade is suspended and aerated with a final layer of fibre-concrete cladding panels on the ground floor and with a wooden final layer on the upper floors. The roof is a saddle roof covered in metal roof cladding.
