Emonika City Center is a planned multipurpose building that will rise on the territory of the existing railway station and bus station of Ljubljana. It will cover an area of 200,000 m². The public logistics part with a new railway and bus station will comprise almost 14,000 m², while the remaining part will be dedicated to commercial and partly also to residential surfaces.
The western part of the complex will be dominated by two elegant vertical elements – a residential tower with a height of 60 m and a business tower with 27 storeys and a height of 100 m. The towers will define the entrance into the city centre from the north. The business tower with its well-thought façade system and the residential tower with a vivacious volume defined by openings and loggias will blend into a whole with their substantial and specific design features.
