Aleja shopping center – one of the most modern shopping centers in this part of Europe – sits on the edge of Celovška road in Ljubljana. It covers more than 55,000 m2 of surfaces dedicated to commercial shopping spaces, food and drink businesses, and their accompanying program; some of which are located on the center’s active roof.
We were the local partner of the Austrian architecture designer and independently managed, coordinated, and administered all the procedures related to compliance of project documentation and construction with Slovenian regulations, laws, and standards. As part of our project management responsibilities, we took charge of the structural design and construction pit protection. We supervised the construction works and ensured their accordance with the Slovenian Building Act.
