Sustainable Business Transformation of Elea iC (SBTE)

At Elea iC we are building the future and it is important that we are sustainable in our approaches.

As part of the SBTE project we are laying the foundations for a sustainable development of Elea iC and are weaving sustainable approaches into the very DNA of our company. Based on initial analyses and extensive evaluations of our sustainability goals we set the course for our development and stepped onto the path of sustainable business transformation.

We are organising internal training sessions that expand our knowledge and competencies of sustainable approaches, we are upgrading our project management for more optimised and resistant processes, integrating new IT tools to maximise the sustainable processes already in place, and upgrading our organisational culture to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction now and in the future.

In addition to the activities we are undertaking to improve our workflows, we are also preparing a Handbook of Sustainable Elea iC in which we will present our sustainable principles and practices to our external and internal collaborators.
