Parmova Residence

The residential building is designed as a gated neighborhood of 70 flats, a complex of 5 tower/villa blocks of square dimensions on a common basement. In addition to the colonnades, a lower lamella is located at the northwest corner of the caravan, linking the different plots in the area by their typology and size.
The colonnades and the lamella share a common cellar and a common external arrangement on the roof of the cellar.
The basement, with 120 parking spaces, technical rooms, and storage rooms, is constructed on one story using a white tub system and visible concrete. It is irregular in shape as it follows the shape of the building plot. The basement has an extreme ground plan of 104,6m x 63,8m.
The buildings are designed in a uniform manner. The façade is designed as a horizontally and vertically articulated contact façade with different finishes. The ground floor is clad with ceramic tiles. The loggias are enclosed with perforated sheeting and the terraces with glass railings. The external landscaping area is also enclosed with perforated sheeting, which further connects the external landscaping to the buildings in terms of design.
The project is responsible for the supervision of the building and construction works in accordance with the Building Act, the project documentation, and the rules of the trade.
