Office Building EHO

The company EHO, which specializes in cooling systems, decided to establish its headquarters in the business zone of Arnovski forest near Celje.
Inspired by the ambitious approach and very active participation of our client EHO, we designed a two-story office building with light office spaces on the rim of the building and a communication and servicing core at its center. We anticipated the client’s future need for more office space and designed the building to enable a later addition of an extra floor.
This modern building with numerous unique details was constructed without a main contractor and individual contractors were engaged for different areas. Such an approach to construction called for regular and efficient coordination with the numerous contractors, the building’s architect, and the client, while in-depth knowledge of the project and frequent supervision of works were paramount.
