The business & residential building at the northern arterial road includes 38 flats in three staircases on four storeys. The ground floor and the mezzanine are intended for business activities, two basement storeys offer parking places. The total gross surface of the building amounts to 7,250 m².
The carrying construction is designed as a classic skeleton reinforced-concrete construction of columns, walls and slabs, without beams, with concrete cores as vertical communications. In this way, the erection was extremely rational (no boarding of beams, simple distribution of installations, cheap and rapid erection of the carrying construction), moreover, the ground plan design can be changed in subsequent erection phases and adapted to user’s wishes.
