Ground-floor apartments are elevated above the common courtyard level to enhance privacy. The buildings are clad in bricks, a traditional material of the area, which creates a homely atmosphere and blends them into the surroundings.<\/p>\n
The layout includes spacious green areas between the buildings, surrounded by paved courtyards ideal for play and socializing. A new square along the path to Rakovo Jel\u0161a provides a venue for various events and daily interactions.
