Being a car enthusiast, the investor wanted to have a big garage and a recreational area with a pool. Both was successfully executed and the additional surface did not cause any deviations  from the spatial-planning act. The recreational area with sauna, pool and technical facilities of the pool are located in the underground basement. The fa\u00e7ade wall of the basement is completely glazed. The garden is accessible from the underground part by external stairs. The ground floor is dedicated to day-time \u2013 living areas and a big garage.
