The investor wanted to merge all four storeys into one residential entity and to make a connection of the residential part with the garden. The former semi-circular apsis was replaced by a new annexe along all storeys that allowed connection with the exterior in each residential storey. Through an open landing and a staircase, the ground floor is connected with the terrain, each of the remaining two storeys got a balcony. The mansion has maintained its outer dimensions and architectural elements.
