Elea iC has been cooperating with the chemical and textile factory Julon for decades. The changes and development of factory technology was always accompanied by changes in its layout and construction. New buildings, horizontal and vertical additions and singular adaptations were implemented through years: <\/p>\n

Since every technological intervention has impacted the infrastructure of the whole factory, additional design work was necessary on most accompanying structures \u2013 from energy supply station to warehouses. <\/p>\n
The buildings are constructed as skeletons of reinforced concrete. The sizes of the ground floor and the overhead dimensions are defined by the technology. Since some weaving lines and chemical processes demand a vertical workflow, the buildings have a height of 5 to 7 floors. A minor part of the buildings is steel constructions, such as opera\u00actional landings in the objects and the access landings to the silos.
