Three large indoor and outdoor swimming pools, two pools for children and three whirlpools offer more than 2,000 m\u00b2 of water surfaces. Apart from the pools, the complex has a reception desk, wardrobes, a restaurant, saunas and a beauty centre.<\/p>\n<p>The construction is designed as a prefabricated steel construction having storeys basement + ground floor or basement + ground floor + 1. The entire construction is dilated to four separate dilatation units due to its oblong shape and subdivided layout. The construction is designed as a series of transversal steel profiles, over which a composite Hi-Bond panel is encased in concrete. The roof of the building is completely designed as a green roof which is partly a walk-on-able roof having an inclination that changes over the surface of the roof. The building is founded on strips of reinforced-concrete footings. Adjacent to the building, there is a complex of pools covered with a removable linen canvass suspended on a supporting column.
