The abandoned metalwork shops in the Brod quarter were converted to a retail centre offering food, drink and a coffee shop. The building has a rectangular shape with a longer side having north-south orientation, the flat roof is completed by a roof parapet on the entire circumference, which places emphasis on the shape of a cuboid. In front of the entrance on the eastern side there is a portal with a jutting roof which highlights the face of the building. A covered room for visitors is arranged between the portal and the eastern fa\u00e7ade of the building. The eastern fa\u00e7ade is mostly glazed and gives an impression of a shop window.<\/p>\n
The building only has a ground floor. The commercial part is accessible through an entryway. The commercial part of the trade centre measures 1,300 m\u00b2, while the remaining areas at the western and southern side are dedicated to ancillary and servicing rooms. The delivery zone is located in the south-western corner of the building. The delivery platform is equipped by a lifting hydraulic table. A coffee shop is located at the south-eastern corner and also has toilettes for guests, a repository, wardrobes and toilettes for the staff. A garden with a glass jutting roof is located in front of the entrance.
