The ground floor and the mezzanine are intended for business activities, two basement storeys offer parking places. The total gross surface of the building amounts to 7,250 m\u00b2. <\/p>\n<p>The carrying construction is designed as a classic skeleton reinforced-concrete construction of columns, walls and slabs, without beams, with concrete cores as vertical communications.
