Jurij Rihar finished his studies of civil engineering in 1987 in the field of concrete prefabricated constructions at the University of Ljubljana. He started his career with the static calculation and structural design of high-rise buildings, after dedicating himself to estimations of building investment values and economics of construction. He joined Elea iC in 2002 as coordinator and project manager. Today he is a partner of the company and head of team Project management and Supervision. He was involved in projects in Shopping center Aleja, Ljubljana, Islamic Religious Cultural Center, Ljubljana, Office Building EHO, and others.
