We always need good people at Elea iC. Although we are currently not offering employment, below is the profile that typically fits in at Elea iC. If you have the necessary qualifications and knowledge and if you beleive you can contribute to the realisation of our project goals, mail us your CV and a description of your technical knowledge base and work experience. English language skills are essential, knowledge of german is welcome.
Drafter beginner is a person who can use a majority of computer aided drafting programmes for drawing technical plans. He is open-minded, as he is aware he has much to learn from his experienced colleagues.
Experienced drafter is a person who is able to keep a cold head even when drowning in work and chased by short implementation terms. His mastering of computer tools and excellent technical knowledge are irreplaceable assistance to our engineers.
Bachelor of Civil Engineering, orientation construction, is a person, who will immediately start working in the design of demanding building constructions, for which our company is well known. Mastering of adequate computer programmes is taken for granted.
Planner of Civil Engineering facilities with experience in the field of planning road and urban infrastructure is an engineer or a technician, whose knowledge of adequate programme tools allows him to immediately assist a work group for civil engineering.

Thus, the founders and new partners in the group iC, Anjo Žigon, Andrej Pogacnik and Dejan Žigon prefer to describe the birth and emergence of Elea. In the meantime, we have become one of the largest private engineering and consulting firms in Slovenia, and since 1st of January 2002, as part of the iC group, present as Elea iC.
As professional excellence offers a solid foundation for economic success, the company Elea of 2002 joined the interdisciplinary iC Group, to access with its professional solutions the international markets.
This was an important step for both sides, since the Austrian group iC thus got its first non-Austrian co-owners, and we the first non-Slovenian. Together we operate as a continuously growing international group of "inter-disciplinary consultants." With such mutual associations we expanded the range of our services, which should lead to interdisciplinary cooperation without geographical or technical boundaries. We believe that this is a goal that is worth representing under a common flag.
Despite the continuous growth, Elea keeps its atmosphere of enthusiasm and efficiency. Credit for this goes to professionalism and reliability of all employees who see the company as a loyal employer with a social sensibility. Elea stands behind its people, and they keep their affiliation. Of course, to all Eleats Elea represents a way of life.
