Elea iC v Rusiji

Aprila 2012 smo podpisali pogodbo za projektiranje trgovsko-razvedrilnega centra v Bryansku. Objekt bo v I.fazi imel od 22.000 do 29.000 m2, v drugi pa bo zrastel do cca. 40.000 m2. Sodobna idejna zasnova centra je rezultat dela arhitekturnega oddelka Elee iC in ateljeja Podrecca z Dunaja.

In co-operation with the architecture bureau gmp from Berlin that is specialized in football facilities we took over the project of redevelopment of the Plečnik's stadium together with the entire complex of the Bežigrad Sports Parc that will include several sports halls, a subterranean garage for almost 3,000 vehicles, a shopping centre, hotel, …

ELEA iC and Philippe Starck

ELEA iC joined the Slovene company Riko Hiše and the world famous creator, designer and architect Philippe Starck in designing luxury residential houses. The houses will be industrially manufactured turnkey houses and will comply with top living standards. They will be intended for those people who can appreciate nature and health friendly construction.

ELEA iC and Emonika

In co-operation with the world famous architecture bureau Murphy/Jahn we prepared a building permit plan for the business skyscraper Emonika. It will be over 100 metres high and will reach the level of the Ljubljana castle. Its 27 floors will offer as many as 23,000 m2 gross surface and will be an excellent place for business connections with its quality and exquisiteness.
