A high regal warehouse of the biggest fruit juice producer in Russia was built in Lebedyansk. The storage is of 125x55m in dimensions, 35 m high and consists of 19 levels. All communication with the transport is connected via terminal of dimensions 50x65m and 14m height. The terminal consists of a concrete basement and three-storey steel and composite structures. Steel structure is of general system with basic raster 8.25 x9.5m. Between the floors the communication between the storage and terminal proceedes on the conveyor belt and on terminal floor continues through the transporters to the elevator. Part of the floors is reserved for offices. In the northern part of the terminal lead two railway tracks, separated by a loading ramp. Loading ramp from the terminal continues for another 70m and is fully covered. In the eastern part is the access for the cargo vehicles. On the first floor the terminal is connected through transport corridors in length of 60m to the existing production facilities.
The facade is composed of heat-insulating panels, the entire building is constantly cooled / heated, terminal at 15 ° C, storage at 5 ° C.
The biggest challenge of the design were the extremely poor soil conditions on which it is based - černozjom. The solution was created with the participation of Russian experts in the field of geomechanics, and as a result the soil was meliorated with sand slopes. In the terminal, at the junction of conveyor belts and hanging carts where the system vas vulnerable to the movements, special attention was put on the rigidity of the construction.
Russian standards SNIP were used in designing and construction.
