For the investor company DARS, the project documentation for reconstruction of road pavement was made on the highway A1 Šentilj - Srnin, section 0042 and 0642 Šentrupert - Vransko from km 5.750 to km 7.899 and section 0043 and Vransko 0643 - Trojane from km 0.000 to km 0.600. State of the carriageway on the basis of measurements of longitudinal straightness, transversal flatness, frictional characteristics and visual condition assessment of pavement surfaces, was determined as on the limit at section 0042 and 0043 and bad in sections 0642 and 0643. Road renovation of the carriageway has been designed in the form of upgrading the existing pavement structure of 12 cm. Connection to the exisiting condition has been designed as transitional ramps, at the slip road Vransko is also foreseen for a renewal of deceleration and acceleration lane in each direction, drainage is not changed and is facilitated by appropriate transverse and longitudinal bends, except the area of existing BVO that remain at the same height, was designed a bed to facilitate the drainage water under the BVO.
