Roads engineering and infrastructure

Igor Lipanje has finished his studies of civil engineering in 2002 at the University of Ljubljana. He started his career as student with the static calculation and structural design of concrete and steel constructions at Elea iC. In the 8 years following the completion of his studies he specialised in the field of sanations and reconstructions such as the historical Metelkova building complex and castles Viltuš, Štanjel, Žužemberk and others.

Mr. Lipanje is currently active as responsible design engineer and project manager, working on the structural analysis of the Slovenian National Gallery, the reconstruction of the Church of St. Francis in Koper as well as the design of a new school, a hotel and others.
