The project consisted of a new construction of a single-family house with swimming pool in the basement in Radomlje.
It is a classical building built in height gauge K + P + M. The house is functionally divided into longitudinal, narrow part, which serves as residential section and has a basement, which is designed for swimming pool area. This part is connected with the ground floor and directly on outer space. The wider part is ment for the garage.
The facility is centering the plot, residential space opens on two terraces, one in the west and another (shady in the summer), to the east.
