The project consisted of a comprehensive reconstruction of a residential house from the 1930s in Ljubljana. In the building there were three separate residential units and common basement. None of the floors had direct connection with the attached garden. Investor's desire was to apply the premises to the needs of one family.
The project covered the renovation of roof and roofing tiles, or replacement of an existing wooden roof with a new steel structure, construction of new ab plates, heat insulation and functional rearrangement of spaces. In places of the existing apside and two garages, a new extension and new garage facility were designed.
The external system is performed in two height levels.
