The project consists of a complete renovation of office Elea iC company on Dunajska 21 in Ljubljana. It included the renovation of the whole floor of the business building from the 1960s, ground plan dimensions of 63 × 14:50 m.
Central communication axis with the staircase and elevators separates the floor plan on a small and larger part. Both are designed as an ocean floor plan. Office management, meeting room and administration are separated, most of the partition walls are made of glass. In the center of the larger part there is a set of two cubes, within which is hidden most of the existing installation verticals and structural elements. Both visually divide the space into two parts.
